OBS Dropping My Connection Randomly Internet is Solid though?

So my OBS will just randomly drop a stream. It only typically happens after I've been streaming for an hour so and then I hit stop stream and then start again usually in hour 2 something will happen.

I have no idea what's happening I have 25mbps upload speed. Only going at 6000 KBps. 1080p 30FPS. Its been doing this for like 2 weeks after YEARS of being pretty flawless. If its not my internet whats doing this?

Every speed test on every device says internet is fine. My xbox even tells me im somehow at 0% packet loss. Router is on the newer side. What new thing could be causing this?

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
