Question / Help OBS DROPPING KB/S

Hello guys can you tell me where i have problem? I hope i made good log file. Here is my log file can you tell me why am i dropping lot of kb/s always red square.

A tried all. I contacted ISP 3rd time but everything is okay. Can you check my log files ? Is there some problem?
