I'm getting extremely high frames dropped - on the order of 15-20% over a 3 hour stream. The dropped frames come in groups, a few hundred here, then 5 minutes of good stream, another few hundred, repeat repeat repeat. I've been streaming with OBS for over a year, and only had these problems show up in the last couple weeks. Viewing the stats page shows that all the dropped frames are due to network, zero from rendering or encoding. The frustrating part is, I have the same problem on two entirely different networks. I have done test streams on two different computers at two different buildings, and have the same problem at each. These two buildings due not share a network connection, they have their own cable modem connections, both are 300/30 down/up. There are no other connectivity issues at either building, its is ONLY live streaming with OBS that I have this issue.
