As soon as I start up a game things are fine, and as soon as I get into a multiplayer game, my frames drop dramatically. the weird think is, if I TAB out of my game, my frames all come back. I don't understand.

Can some help me find the right settings for my stream or should I download a different software. I'll take any advice I can get. thank you all.
