Hi, so I just got a new computer, and I've been wanting to stream for a while. On my old computer, I was able to stream just fine playing Rainbow 6 Siege, with no dropped frames. I was using the NVENC new Encoder, 3500 bitrate, and the specs of that system were i7 2600, 12gb ddr3, and a GTX 1050 Ti. My new system should be able to crush streaming, but somehow that just isn't working. My new system is using any encoder, 2500 bitrate, and specs are i9 9900k, 32gb DDR4, and an RTX 2080 Ti. I have no clue, but my computer just can't handle it, and I have no clue why. Please help. I've tried reinstalling OBS and tried streamlabs obs as well. Neither work.
