So I've only recently started experiencing an issue where OBS is dropping frames. I was doing a creative stream earlier where I was having problems with only photoshop on the screen. I did notice like 139 in the log talking about bandwidth stalls but at that time I didn't have a single online thing open except for ankhbot. Could it have to do with a win10 setting or something? because I'll be streaming fine then only OBS loses internet or get's throttled. When I'm playing games the state of the game doesn't change at all either.
