Question / Help OBS dropping frames - I don't know why

Hello everyone,

I was thinking if anyone of you can help me with my dropping frames problem. My streams were fine for about a year but recently (2 weeks) I get dropped frames every stream and I'm getting tired of it because it loads stream like every 10 minutes. I tested different servers or even lowering bitrate but nothing helped at all.

I attached my Twitch test and OBS log and settings

Thank you all for your help :)

Need an OBS log with an output session in it. Start a stream, wait for your issue to be observed, stop the stream, then upload the log.

Nope. That log has the app start up and then shut down-- no streaming session.

Uploading the "current log" is the log of the current session. So if you're opened the app, started a session, and then stopped the session without quitting the app, that's the log you want.

If you quit the app after stopping the session and then reopen it, then you want Last Log.

Jeez, me and technical stuff :D

Now I hope it will be it :) Thanks one more time.

17:51:39.478: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 2920 (14.2%)

According to the log, your internet connection isn't capable of maintaining your selected bitrate, or else the connection itself is periodically dropping.

There are also multiple entries in the log indicating a failed attempt to load browser content.

That's weird because it was fine for 1 year and I could stream even with 7k bitrate without problems. After last OBS update I've got problems :/
Maybe I can try to reset antenne and ask provider if he can check connection due to couple bad storms and fast wind.

But thanks for you help :) It means a lot.
