Question / Help OBS Dropping Frames for the First time in over a year

This started out of the blue yesterday. I'm losing anywhere from 5-20% of frames when my setup normally is a solid 0.0%

I've tried taking the settings down a notch and closing all other apps. Nothing seems to work.

Here is what I have everything set at and what i'm working with.

Anyway let me know if anything sticks out. Like i've said I've streamed 100s of hours with no issue and the past two days i've had to pull the plug.
If you need any more information let me know and thanks for the help!

incomplete log. Upload the entire log and make sure there is a recording/stream in it.

I'm currently streaming and i clicked upload current log file. it goes to start stream

running a test stream and i'm at 990 dropped frames (4.7%) with a up time of 12 minutes

still not a complete log, make sure you stream for a few minutes then stop streaming then upload the log.

Ok think i have it this time

This caught my eye:

Doesn't make sense to me though i have 20 up, did a test last night and i was 18 up to Dallas which is where i link up to twitch

Your raw upload speed means actually not a lot for streaming. If you are getting 18 mbits most of the time but just drop it even for just a fraction of a second then you will drop frames.

If you are on wireless I strongly recommend switching to ethernet.

I've streamed for over a year and haven't had an issue until this last update. Of course i'm hard wired, I have two 50 ft cat cables running from my living room that my wife hates. I'll keep at it but hope they take a closer look at this in the new update.
