OBS dropping frames during recording

When recording OBS is dropping a ton of frames which makes the recording bad. My game is running at 60 fps and running smoothly. Anyone know how to fix it? I've tried all kinds of settings to no help. Thanks in advance for any help at all.

Probably your computer can't handle what you want to do.
Try using x264 (software) for encoding.
