Question / Help OBS Dropping FPS

When playing more "graphic intense" games such as Warframe or Overwatch, my OBS Studio decides to drop below 60 fps even though I have it set to 60. It will drop frames when a lot of actions are happening on the screen.

If I'm reading your logs correctly you are trying to stream 1600x900 at 60 fps with a bitrate of 2500. There's too much data in fast moving games to fit in that bitrate at that resolution. Try lowering your resolution to 1280x720 or run the Auto-Configuration Wizard and see what numbers it comes up with.
