i just recently started to stream and i just realized that after a few hours of streaming my stream will drop down from 60fps to around 30fps. im not sure what the cause is but i have 3600 bit-rate set. my pc specs are a gtx 1070, i7 7700k, 16gb ram, and 2 2tb hdds and a 500gb m.2.
