Question / Help OBS Dropped Frame Issue

Hello, Im new here and I have a weird issue. Please Help me.
I got two internet in my house. 5BB and Ytp Internet.
With 5BB internet, I got dropped frame issue but with Ytp internet, Im fine with 0 dropped frame.
But when I complain 5BB internet about it, they test it with their laptop and their OBS got no dropped frame.
So, what might be the problem?
My OBS is having dropped frame with 5BB internet but not with Ytp internet.
Their OBS got no dropped frame with 5BB internet and also no dropped frame with Ytp internet.
I've been searching around the internet and got no solution.
The reason why I want to use 5BB over Ytp is because 5BB got better ping in games.

OBS is clearly dropping frames. A lot of them.

Are you saying your internet provider sent a laptop with OBS on it to your location and used it on your connection to stream the same content on your connection, and they got no dropped frames at the same bitrate?

Yes, they got no problems with the same settings of my obs.
edit - I can't get for now. but I can ask for them later
