I did a test where I put in "?bandwidthtest=true" in the stream key.
I tested on my Desktop capture, and it had 0 frame drop. I didn't test in game.
Then I removed the badwidthtest=true and went in game to stream.
It kept dropping frames. I tested for about 3 minutes and had about over 1000 dropped frames (30%).
Here's the log file: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/cda23aa48cd0c782c17051062ea4574b
