Question / Help OBS drop frame and upload drop to 100 kb

My OBS studio been acting very weird lately. Someday i would be able to stream with no issue, and some day i would stream for a few hours then OBS studio start to show that i am dropping frames, upload went to 100+ kb and basically the Twitch stream is dead. I have to stop streaming, and restart the stream in order for it to stop dropping frames. OBS also doesn't notify me that the stream has been out. No errors nothing, i basically have to wait for my viewers to tell me that stream is RIP. Thanks for the help

Your log doesn't show a streaming attempt or the error you describe. Please upload a log file from a streaming session that exhibits the issue that you're describing.

The memory leak has nothing to do with this.
