It is causing my net to be very slow and video playback to stutter and stop alot, even when not even in use just being open causes this! sort this out it is a bug and shouldnt use network at all unless it is streaming which it wasnt!!!
The only time OBS would use your network when you aren't streaming is if you've added sources that rely on a network connection, or use the NDI output feature.
