Question / Help OBS Doing BSoD and QuickSync

3 Ago, i couldn't Capture Games in Borderless( The Record/Stream was like a Slideshow omg ) so i had to play on windowed mode ( which i don't like when i have lower resolution ( like for NMS to reach the 60fps ) ) and i couldn't Capture Chrome pages to have my chat on the Stream. Then Yesterday, i updated and started OBS and then BSoD with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ) OEMDrv.sys ) i though it was the new version of OBS were doing it so i came back to my previous version, same thing, then i thought it was the Beta AMD drivers so i came back to a stable version. same thing... i spend all the day trying resolving it with no success..
I tried to go back to stock clock on my CPU and same thing

Specs :
R9 380 2G
i5-6600K @4.3Ghz
16GB

Yup it was DroidCam i forgot to delete that trash which uses all wifi bandwith to have a 10FPS result x) Thank You Harold :D

Now QuickSync how to " install " it ? in Encoder i have only AMD and x264

Alright i found it, i activated iGPU on the BIOS then downloaded drivers from the Intel Driver Utility Thx :D
