OBS Studio is streaming bad on youtube (bad quality, but it's still 1080p 60fps) i need some settings for live streaming on youtube, please.

Your upstream counts over 510mbit/s? If that's no fake, I'm living in the wrong country.... Anyway, what exactly do you mean with "bad quality"? Pixelated, stuttering audio, lagging, ...? How are your recordings? Did you try another streaming hoster to check, if that happens not only on Youtube?
