Question / Help OBS doesn't record or stram

When I select to record the screen, it is only recorded when OBS is on the screen, for example: I am playing and recording at the same time, then the recording is frozen at the same time I leave OBS. And if I select to record the game screen, it does not even directly detect the game screen and is black, but still record the sound but the video does not.
