Bug Report Obs doesn't recognize sound if it's an optical output

If i use the optical output on my pc which is called "Realtek Digital Output" OBS won't be able to hear it.

The motherboard is an
MSI M7

The log didn't say anything, everything was working fine according to it..

That doesn't give us the information that it provides us that could be used to solve the issue.
