OBS doesn't have Intel Quick Sync Video as an encoder option

Google Drive for all support files (eg. logs, records, screenshots,...)

I've tried almost everything. Updating the drivers, latest and greatest. Checking the BIOS for related options, found none. Checking the spec sheets. It does have the feature listed.

No. The custom settings doesn't seem to work. Just tried Handbrake though. Does work.

Sorry, didn't understand your question at first.

Yes, the other output methods work normally. But because the other encoders were overloading quite easily, I tried to find a more stable option.

Custom ffmpeg output mode is not going to give you a "more stable option" by any stretch of the imagination.
