So in my profile i have one video source - entire Monitor without any cropping, etc. The problem is - OBS doesn't capture some popups. For example when you hover over Task bar icon and your icons are grouped. Another popup that doesn't show up is Visual Studio intellisense (when you press Ctrl + space by default) and you see your code suggestion.
i am pretty sure it's because OBS uses BitBlt() function and my theme is set to Classic
