Question / Help OBS doesn't capture my Mic and Desktop

I'm trying to live stream of me making music on YouTube. But when I open FL Studio 12 (music making program) My audio doesn't capture my Mic nor my Desktop... So, What gives?

Have yountried to check whats the defult output on your FL studio and making a new audio source in obs with that output as the input?
