OBS doesnt capture gamecube (Using Kaico/Elgato, i tryed everything !).

Hello everone,

Setup :
I have a japanese gamecube, a Kaico connected to the video port too upscale and adapt the video to HDMI.
I have an elgato HD60 S that is connected too the Kaico.

What happened :
The game is successfully displayed on the screen, no problem shown.
When i start OBS and create a new capture card source, i have a blackscreen.
On the configuration page i can see that a signal is well detected and the standard is auotomatically set to NTSC_M, so it make it really weird why the video is not displayed.
It does work pretty well with my WII though,

What i tryed :
I tryed to reinstall everything, and tryed different capture softwares such as the one from Elgato.
I also tryed different video standard but nothing seems to work !
I tryed running OBs as administrator,
I tryed to start my GC before or after i launch OBS, and desactivate/reactivate the capture card source.

But it still dooesnt work and i dont understand why here !
Do someone have an idea about what is wroong or how to troubleshoot this ?

I cant figure it out, i test everything,
I have debuged a toon of thinks like that but this one i really though.
Could it be a missmatch with the graphical card ? i have a 1080 ti.
