Title explains it all. I'm running a DX9 game at 3840x2160 via Nvidia DSR.
Right-clicking OBS and running as administrator; Base (Canvas) Resolution shows as 3840x2160.
Preview window shows the red square takes up full screen; the content in the entire preview window is only the upper 1/4 portion of the actual game.
NOTE:
Game capture does NOT work in "Capture any fullscreen application" or "Capture foreground window with hotkey"; it ONLY works in "specific window" mode...and this only works if I alt-tab out of the game and set it. But doing so brings me back to 1920x1080 (which the preview seems to show). When I alt-tab back into the game and record as normal, my recording is only the upper left portion of the screen. This occurs even if I set the output resolution to be the same as the canvas resolution (4k); the video is indeed 4k resolution but STILL only shows the upper left portion of the screen.
