Question / Help OBS doesn't appeared, but still running in task manager (log attached)

As I could read from the log, it was probably a .dll error maybe? I don't really know, please help me. Thanks

Does the newer version support windows 7? From what I've seen on the main download page, the newest version only support win 8+?

Yes, as Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft we do not officially support it either, but we try to maintain compatibility.
