OBS doesn´t show any sources for recording - like Windows or Monitors

Hello, i#m a bit desperate eventually, after starting OBS for the first time yesterday - i just can´t get OBS to showing any sources for recording (on a mac).
I can select “Method" but it wont show anything in "Window". See attaches screenshots. Can anybody help?
