OBS does not show video from PTZ camera connected via DataVideo CAP-1 capture box to USB 3

Hello,
I can see video using the Camera App on my windows 10 PC, but not on OBS using Video Capture Device.
I am using OBS 28.0.3 (29.x updates were crashing so I have not updated).
Has anyone else had this issue?
