OBS does not record previous audio tracks

I'm having a problem that the obs doesn't record the audio tracks that are in front of the first one selected

example: if I mark track 1 and 2, it only records 1

if I mark track 2 and 5, it only records track 2

Separate audio tracks DO NOT PLAY BACK CONCURRENTLY in video players.
If using VLC for playback, right-click while playing, go to Audio, and select the other track.

Think of separate audio tracks like language tracks on a DVD. If they all played at once, it would be unintelligible.
Setting up multi-track audio is primarily for those who intend to edit the video later, and want discrete control over each audio track.

You likely want to have a 'mixdown' track. I do this for streaming. My mic is on tracks 1+2, desktop on 1+3, alerts on 1+4. If I want to hear everything, I listen to track 1 (which is what goes out on-stream). But if I'm editing and want to not have alerts, I can do that by only importing track 2 and 3 into my editor.
