obs does not record for long ...

Hi i have the problem that a while back I could record my gameplay for 2 / 3 hours long no problem.
Have not changed a thing on obs, but now when I play cod mw3 and try to record my gameplay it recors +- 30second to 1minute max ...
Have the output timer unchecked and cant find a way to record for longer.

Thats why i post this in the hopes some one could help me put obs on point.

You might have defined a hotkey for the stop recording action you press accidentally during your gameplay. Check OBS Settings > Hotkeys.

Alright tested this out for a few days and I guess this worked XD

What key combination did you change? It's quite easy to create a hotkey matching some game keys. For example if your game uses ctrl to crouch, alt for strafe, and f1 for some skill. Use that skill while crouching and strafing, you don't realize you just pressed the obs hotkey if you set it to ctrl+alt+f1.

To be honest I have no clue, I downloaded obs to record gameplay and ocassionaly stream ( for fun). Never went to the options to adjust keys or anything. Then after a few months the recordings got like 1-2-3 minutes max. Never could find the right way to fix it. Now I went to the menu and adjusted the hotkey for recording and stop recording and so far so good XD.
