OBS does not pick up my HP headphone

Hi there

I've seen a couple of threads similar to this issue, but unfortunately none of the suggestions I've seen worked for me.

I have a HP laptop and I want to record using OBS Studio with my HP headphone (note: it's just a coincidence that both the headphone and the PC are HP!).

I tried by selecting "Windows Sonic for Headphones" in the Control Panel and selected back "off". I didn't resolve my issue.
I also tried to add an audio input capture. The problem persists.
