Question / Help obs does not open at all

i had been using obs for about a year then it just stopped working i would click on it and the mouse has the loading icon then nothing in task manager its non existent I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but nothing works can anyone help
 
Did you try installing an updated version of the websockets or ndi plugins (if you had either installed before)?
