OBS does not open and I only get an 'OBS has crashed' box

I'm trying to open OBS, and it keeps giving a box saying it has crashed and does not open, I have tried restarting my PC, I have looked at other posts on the forms too and none have helped me, I have also uninstalled all plugins. Sometimes I also got a message saying OBS was already open, but I have checked system tray and task manager and it was not, please help!
