OBS Does Not Detect ElGato HD60S+ Capture Card

My ElGato capture Card is detected by the ElGato software, but not by OBS...

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

OK. After 3 days of endlessly entering and re-entering a new capture card (at least 20 times...), OBS finally allowed the new card to be entered. Video now appeared, but no Audio. I'm been through every setting a dozen times, I still have no audio.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
