OBS Does Not Detect Camera with version 27 and higher

I upgraded OBS to 29.0.2 and now our main camera does not show up, it is connected by SDI. For some reason our camera shows up on OBS version 26.0.2 and lower but OBS 27 and higher it does not detect the camera. Could there be something in version 27 and higher that could be blocking the connection

IF you notice version 29.0.2 and version 26.0.2 both have same setting but camera only shows up on version 26 and not 29
