OBS does not create correct file hiearchy for AMD h264

it should look like:

FLV file
-- File Info
-- Audio Stream
-- -- AAC Raw
-- Video Stream
-- -- H.264/AVC

but it does look like:
Elementary
-- H.264/AVC

= result is that i cant use flash to watch my stream

I doubt if it's OBS. AMD drivers 24.9.1 & 24.10.1 are producing bugged H264 encodes. Rollback to an earlier driver, 24.8.1 is good but doesn't work with all AMD GPU's.
