Question / Help OBS Does not Capture entire Window for Window Capture

I've been trying to get OBS to capture my Maplestory client for a while now and cannot get it to capture it entirely.
It seems to capture 80% of the screen. Shown in the picture you can see that I have 80% of the screen, but am missing a bit of the bottom and right sides.
I changed the Base and Output resolution to 1366x768 (which is the client's resolution), and have done Transform --> Fit to Screen, but it still will not capture the entire window. I tried resetting OBS settings back to default and starting over, but that did not help. Let me know if I can provide any other information to help fix problem. Thanks!
