OBS does not allow you to capture the game

I want to turn on the stream, turn on the obs and run valorant and everything freezes instantly, it is impossible to open the label, while I hear teammates, but they don't see me. If I start talking, it will take 30-60 seconds, and only after that you will hear my speech belatedly, and if you start answering, I will hear it myself after a minute. And if I close the obs, all the lags will disappear, but at the same time there is no such error in cs2 or fortnite. So I decided to experiment and realized that if the capture of the game is selected in the obs, then the real fucking begins in valorant.. I decided to remove the capture and enable full screen capture and the lags disappeared and I could play and stream. After that, I tried again to select valorant in the capture of the game, but the obs does not allow me to select. So I don't know what to do, does anyone have any ideas??

I'm having an issue as well, only for Valorant when I try to game capture. But instead of completely freezing, the moment I select to game capture Valorant, my mouse has the little loading icon next to it, and the game audio cuts in and out and its all laggy. So I can only stream using the Display Capture now.

So if somebody does find a fix for it, that would be awesome.
