I've been running and streaming on OBS for years on my old crappy dell laptop. I've recently got an hp laptop with Radeon graphics.
I've read other threads with this problem and followed guides and steps, but nothing has help me, nothing has changed.

Can someone please just actual tell me how to fix this problem, because all the guides and stuff just tells me how to fix performance and not the actual problem.
All my graphics stuff is updated already and all that jazz, here's my current log.
