Question / Help OBS Display Capture Issue in windows 10

Hi,

I am using windows 10, with 1 GB AMD Radeon Graphic Card.
When I start recording whole video is shown like bellow.
I have tried may solutions but not worked.

Anyone with same problem with OBS?
Please help to solve this problem.
