obs disconnects and reconnects whilst streaming on face book

obs disconnects and reconnects whilst streaming on face book. i am using a very strong wi-fi but i experience no matter wahat i try. it will run very slowly on facebook and disconnect. please look into my files and tell me what could be the problem. thank.

What are you doing for real-time hardware resource utilization monitoring? are you sure that computer is up to the computationally demanding task of real-time video encoding.

And test with an Ethernet connection, not WiFi, unless you are, or
a. in a rural area with NO other WiFi within reachable range
or b. have a wireless network engineer doing frequency spectrum real-time analysis (otherwise you are doing the equivalent of driving while blind-folded).
