I have pretty much tried all of that, the weird thing is that I don't ever drop any frames when it disconnects it just disconnects then auto reconnects, I've tried YouTube and twitch and both has the same problems. I don't have a problem at all with obs classic only obs studio and I like obs studio much more so I would like to keep using that, it didn't happen ever until I updated it to the newest version.
