obs disconnecting then reconnecting but stream dies

I have been streaming for a year but only recently started having this problem where obs would disconnect and then reconnect but the stream still crashes so now i cant stream

Run as Admin and only one capture per scene
Also checkout your log Streamelements page are giving lots of errors

Checkout your stream in the inspector to see what Twitch sees on their end Might have to try a different ingest server

I have fixed some of the things you recommended and it is still happening so i have done a fresh install and its still disconnecting and reconnecting.

its seems to have been fixed, I started streaming with task manager open and noticed that my internet was dropping out for a few seconds which was causing obs to disconnect, so it was my internet that was messing up because i have a security box connected to the router and i have changed the mode on that which seems to have fixed the problem.

I have the same exact problem, started happening like 5-6 days ago. OBS disconnects and reconnects for a second and it keeps doing it.

what i did is in the streaming tab put on the bandwidth tester and start streaming then open task manger in the performance tab to see if your internet drops when it disconnect and if it does then it might be your internet having problems
