OBS Disconnecting Stream

Hey there - I'm having an issues with OBS disconnecting my stream at a random time throughout. The log file is below (issue started at 13:28):

Things I've tried:

Changing service provider
Having dedicated fibre line installed into house
Changed modem
Changed router
Changed ethernet cable (5 times)

The only solution so far has been to stream via wireless instead of ethernet, but obviously that isn't ideal.

Please, somebody help me :(

Did you scroll through that log? especially towards the bottom?
Are you using Streamlabs OBS? if yes, you are in the wrong place. Streamlabs forked OBS, and you should go to them for support for their product.
Or are you using a Streamlabs plug-in or ?? with OBS Studio? [not sure about compatibility]

Your troubleshooting is extensive, but doesn't list trying out a different, clean PC. Most of my disconnects were caused by my own PC (other software running on system not designed or configured for unique requirements of streaming)
And if you researched WiFi you'd know why using it is strongly recommended against [Yes, WiFi can work, but in many environments it is unlikely to ever work (think apartments, or other dense areas with lots of uncoordinated access points, or an area with a lot of various generation WiFi devices on network)... The fact that Wifi works for some people doesn't mean it will work for you. Or it could, but expect to spend a lot of money on a network professional to do a spectrum analysis, and getting some dedicated equipment, use unique bands, etc].. way beyond forum suggestions... sorry, could be easy, could be really hard to solve... it depends

I moved to WiFi because it was a wired connection causing the problem. The disconnect only happens on a wired connection.

I use OBS Studio, and streamlabs (browser source) handles my alerts.

I moved to WiFi because it was a wired connection causing the problem. The disconnect only happens on a wired connection.
Then you have other, non OBS problems.
Is WiFi and wired connected to same ISP router? Are you using Guest WiFi (that prevents talking to other LAN clients)? if yes, then probably another device on LAN causing issue when using Wired connection (or an app setting on your PC that throttles something when WiFi connected but not wired)

Streaming is demanding on PC and latency/jitter sensitive. So you may not notice issue that exists when not streaming (though problem still there).
