Hi there,

After checking all other threads about these DC and Recon issues, following a bunch of stuff to test, and still the issue persist.

LOGS:
https://obsproject.com/tools/analyzer?log_url=https://obsproject.com/logs/ga2qLNCJ1aCzdgC2

I followed this link: https://obsproject.com/wiki/Dropped-Frames-and-General-Connection-Issues
  • Try enabling Dynamic Bitrate (OBS Studio 24+, RTMP only) - Done, same issue
  • Try changing servers - Done, same issue
  • Try lowering bitrate - Done, same issue (lowest is at 2500).
  • Don't stream over wireless - Using a Desktop with wired connection.
  • Try another streaming service (Just as a test) - Done Tried using streamlabs obs and xplit, same issue
  • Check your firewall / router - Done, tried streaming while all are off, same issue.
  • Check your anti-virus / internet security software - Done, tried streaming while all are off, same issue.
  • Check bundled network software - No bundled software installed.
  • Speed Testing - Speeds are both in stable condition according to speedtest.net (up to 200 mbps both dl and ul)
  • Update Network Adapter Driver - All network adapters drivers are up to date when checked device manager, same issue.
  • Try the "network optimizations" - Done, same issue
  • Check the Bind to IP settings - Done, same issue.
  • Bad router or bad networking hardware - I just bought my 3rd party router before the new year, Ethernet cables have been switched over from cat 5, 6 and 8's, same issue.
  • I am running a single pc stream setup.
    • CPU AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
    • GPU RTX 2080 Super
    • SSD 1TB
    • HDD 1TB
    • 32GB RAM
  • Contact your ISP - In progress
Other stuff I tried
  • Tried reinstalling and my obs studio twice. same issue.
  • Tried streaming on youtube, same issue.
  • Tried running it on a 2500 bitrate with 720p output yesterday, same issue.
  • Tried to connect my pc ethernet cable to the original ISP's modem, same issue.
  • Tried using a 3rd party router (ASUS RT-AX55 AX1800 Dual Band WiFi 6 (802.11ax) Router), same issue
  • I stream only on Facebook.

At this point, I don't know what to do other than check with my ISP.

Please let me know if there are other stuff that I can try, Thanks in advance!

I replied to someone else recently (this forum) that had McAfee and unknowingly had set up their VPN which was messing with their network traffic (wouldn't be noticed with other traffic, but huge impact to streaming traffic ... which can look like malware data exfiltration). So, yes, such software, if not properly setup/configured can cause a mess. I had issues on a powerful workstation class laptop, and I'm pretty sure it was corporate security software (DLP, etc). Once I got a different computer (not part of corporate domain, and misconfigured s/w, all was well.. the issue for me was using the PC in a way outside corp expectation and willingness to tweak/address... happy I'm not working for them any more... poorly run IT department)

Have you tried a large (ie one that last more than 10 minutes) file transfer (OneDrive, Google Drive, etc) and monitored for consistent throughput (not definitive, but a good baseline on actual upload bandwidth available)?

Update:

I tried to remove and install again OBS then select a new server which is SG (Before HK) in Facebook live and seems stable for now at 6k bitrate.

Will continue to monitor this EOD and let you know.
