OBS Disconnect/Reconnect issue

This issue just started yesterday before then there was no problem with this issue. I mostly stream on twitch and kick at the same time.

as u can see my internet is fine but i dont know where the connection is going wrong.
can anyone help with this issue

Speedtest meand almost nothing for streaming because this test don't check on rtmp protocol.
Use this app to more accuratelly measure the quality of your internet connections against twtich servers:

Test your upload bandwidth and connection quality to Twitch

r1ch.net

Anything bellow 90 quality is bad and means your home network or (most probaly) your ISP network have an issue with rtmp protocol. Some times this is resolved within hours or a few days but you need to contact your ISP.
