OBS disconnect and reconnect when stream on Dual PCs

Hello, I have been streaming on OBS for a long time without any issues. However, I recently started using two PCs - one for streaming and one for gaming - connected via a Capture Card and Rodecaster Pro 2. On my streaming PC, I’m experiencing a problem: all settings and metrics look fine, but at certain moments OBS will randomly disconnect and reconnect after a few seconds. Below is the log file from my most recent stream that I saved. I have already tried the following solutions but the issue is still not fixed:
- Contacted my ISP and requested technical support (FAIL)
- Reinstalled Windows and updated the Network Drivers on both PCs (FAIL)
- Switched to higher-quality ethernet cables (FAIL)
I also tested streaming directly on the gaming PC to check the signal, and it worked normally. The issue only happens when using the dual-PC setup.

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. Run OBS as Administrator.
3. Your log shows "08:21:57.715: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] User stopped the stream". It doesn't show any connection issues but you can try going to Settings > Advanced > Network and enabling the three things there.
