OBS disabling my camera

Hi,
Recently I realised that if I want to use OBS at the same time as anything that also uses my camera it will always try to show my OBS digital camera (which it just doesn't show anything) on my second thing, also it just sometimes disables my camera for no reason and I don't even use my webcam on OBS, I can I disable this?

No like, there is no source I use in OBS which has the camera, I literally don't even need to have OBS open and even then I never set up any sources using OBS, the problem is that OBS forces everything to use the "OBS digital camera" which I just want to disable cause when it uses it, it just shows a OBS logo,
