OBS didn't shut down properly, do you want to run in safe more or normal

I've seen a few post about this and I have the same problem. I know I can use a script to get OBS to not check for errors, but I'd rather have it work correctly rather than ignore issues. If anyone can see what the problem is, please let me know. I believe this issue started after using the MOVE 2.10.0 combined with VST plugin Marvel GEQ. However, disabling both still gets me this message.

I will add that I made a copy of all my scenes, and then deleted the one with the MOVE and VST (which is labeled "BAND"), and it opens/closes just fine. Not sure what "BAND" has in it that causes the issue?
