Question / Help OBS detects devices, but not appearing in Scene

OBS will detect everything I have plugged in; mic, headset, webcam, displays -- and while I have everything selected appropriately, sometimes OBS just won't have them appear other than simply the display.

I'll click my Webcam Source and the red box appears - but it's just blank even though it recognizes there's a webcam active and the blue lights on the webcam are actually active.

I tried closing and opening in Admin mode, but to no avail... The only other workaround I sometimes find is if I literally unplug all of my devices and replug them in and then re-open OBS.... But I'm not about to do that every single time I want to stream.

Any help?

Post your OBS log please.
I think I figured it out... My computer has majority USB 3.0 and 3.1 so I tried to use only the 2.0 slots and OSB recognized them without issue.

Do you happen to know any workaround that forces OSB to always read from USB 3.0?
