OBS detects Blackmagic UltraStudio Monitor 3G but no output

I’m having trouble getting OBS to output video through the Blackmagic Design UltraStudio Monitor 3G.

OBS (latest version) does detect the device under source -» black magic device, but I’m not getting any signal. The Blackmagic software (Desktop Video Setup) sees the device too, and everything is on the latest version:

  • macOS Sonoma (latest)
  • OBS (latest)
  • Blackmagic Desktop Video (latest)
  • Mac Studio M1
In ProTools, the 3G works perfectly.

Anyone else run into this or know what settings might be off?
